The stay was decent, but the hotel had an outdated feel and noticeable odors. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the charging stations available in the room. Unfortunately, check-in was chaotic, and the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. However, the cleaning crew did an excellent job keeping the rooms tidy.

Considering the state of the carpets and door fixtures, an upgrade wouldn't hurt!!! Some areas needed repair, especially in the bathrooms. Stains and wear and tear on surfaces could use attention!!!

great spot for exploring gaylord's parks and attractions
I loved how close this hotel was to several scenic spots, with just a short stroll bringing me to the beautiful Bavarian Falls Park and engaging exhibits at the Call of the Wild Museum. plus, the inviting window seat in my room really made it easy to soak up the local vibe when I wasn't out exploring.

The location is super convenient near Gaylord and I-75. The Queen room has comfy beds, a microwave, and a fridge. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and waffles, pretty good for a quick bite. The pool is warm and shallow, perfect for our kids to enjoy. Definitely a solid choice for families.
